She’s known for stepping into challenging accounting environments, cleaning up processes, strengthening financial controls, and helping leadership teams understand the story behind their numbers.
But after years working in corporate and consulting environments, Sheilia realized something important: many small and growing businesses simply need a trusted financial partner—someone who keeps the books clean, organized, and understandable so owners can focus on what they do best.
